I didn't finish work until gone 8pm last night so I ended up with a kebab. Not the minced mysterious meat of a doner kebab, but a proper Turkish lamb shish kebab. Big chunks of lamb, charcoal grilled, salad, pickled vegetables, chilli and garlic sauce.
I'm counting 6 for the sauces and another 8 for the thin flatbread it all came wrapped in. I could have left that, but I ate it I did, however, refuse the chips or rice that came with it, so that makes yesterday a Red day.
I went over my syns for yesterday, but I had lots spare and I'd already weighed in for the week so I'm not worried
Sat in the hotel this morning I can't see me wanting breakfast, but I have still got the Alpen lights and the fruit in my bag, so that will do for brunch. Back home tonight.
