Fabulous first week - now to keep the motivation going!

Welcome back lovely! And what a bonus! :) Well done! MASSIVE amounts of congratulations to not only lose - but lose whilst on holiday!

Good luck for your Christmas goal :)

Well.....considering I weighed in on Monday when I got back from my holiday I really wasn't expecting too much change in three days.

But I've lost another 2 lbs! :scale:

Not entirely sure how that's happened - but I'll take it! That puts me soooooooooo close to my 5 stone award - just half a pound to go. I will be getting that next week, oh yes I will.

wow darling thats great well done you x x x x x

Well. I didn't have a good week - a take away (lack of time combined with pooor planning), some alcohol (because I was weak and gave into my craving) and feeling bloated and bunged up for the last few days (probably because of the rubbish I ate and drank - there's a link, stupid!).

But - the blessed poo fairy paid me a visit this morning and I have lost half a pound. That's 5 stone in total, and almost 10 whole points off my BMI.:bliss:

So - feeling better about things today - on Monday I was 17 13.5 so I was expecting a gain!

Perhaps now this milestone's out of the way I can have a better week - not so much pressure to achieve (all imposed by me, I hasten to add!).

I've ordered some new trousers for work. I had to. The size 22 (fitted) now come down without being unfastened!

I think I might be pretty close to being officially size 20. I cannot remember the last time I was this *small*.

I love SW.

Well I got my size 20 trousers (which fit comfortably!), a couple of size 20 shirts for work and and gorgeous cashmere/cotton sleeveless jumper (Men's XL size).

Fully kitted out and I think I can confidently say I've dropped from a size 24 to a size 20.

Feeling pretty damn good :)

how are you doing lovely? :) x

I'm OK, thanks but I've been away from home for the best part of the last fortnight. Hotels and staying away are not conducive to weight loss!!

I've missed another WI today as I'm still not home. I *could* go and locate a scales in a local Boots or something but I prefer to WI at home, on the same scales, at the same time, wearing the same clothes (I.e. Nothing!!).

My best mate is doing brilliantly though - she's well on the way to her 1.5 stone mark and she's inspiring me to do my best.

lol lol theria flashin in boots not good lololol x x x x

A late WI today (was away - again! - yesterday) shows me down to 17st 10lbs.

That's one heck of a milestone. I've now lost more than I have left to lose to get to a healthy BMI target. Blimey.

The next target in my immediate sights is to drop from obese to simply overweight. Now that's going to feel goooooood!

Keep up the good work everyone - I appreciate your support and companionship :thankyou:
