Fabulous first week - now to keep the motivation going!

I don't understand people who don't like sprouts! :) I don't need to wait for Christmas to chomp my way through large amounts of them! You can come for dinner. I'll eat your sprouts :)

i love sprouts but my bottom does not lolol our neighbor makes sprout soup and i must say its lovely x x x
 
Today's been a great day, food-wise.

The usual cold weather breakfast of porridge and banana with 2 satsumas

A salad the size of a small town for lunch with some cold roast chicken, cous cous (1 syn), HM coleslaw (0.5 syn), mixed salad and fat free dressing.

Dinner has just been 3 BGTY sausages (3 syns), the left over veggies from last night's roast and some Bisto onion gravy (3 syns).

I was so busy at work that there was no time (or inclination) for anything else.

Looking forward to WI on Thursday - first one since Christmas and I am expecting a decent result! I shall sulk if I don't get it :p

Thank you! I've always said that SW doesn't feel like a "diet" and one of the reasons is that you can have amazing food and plenty of it if you just tweak the way you cook it. I :heartpump: SW!
 
I'm only on Day 2 but so agree - am loving the cooking side of things :)

Yep! It's amazing what you can create with a bit of imagination (and lots of info from here!). I've just had pork steak, thinly sliced and stir fried with spring onion, mange tout, celery and ribbons of carrot in a black bean sauce (Sharwoods 1/3rd of the small jar only 2 syns!) with egg noodles. I've had Chinese, gorgeous Chinese for 2 syns.

Well - the Christmas excesses are disappearing! 4lbs off last week. Hooray!

(I'm sure a lot of that was water retention and bloating from eating all the rubbish - but I'm claiming every last ounce!)

Onwards and downwards....
