Weight's a bit all over the place this week. I blame TOTM. Up half a lb today after cross trainering last night. I know I didn't eat brilliantly yesterday (too much nibbling) but I was still under 1000 cals and burnt 200 of those through exercise. Hopefully it'll be back to 12st 11 tomorrow - I'd be very happy with that for a weigh-in on Friday.
Work is manic. Feeling completely overwhelmed. Sinking, sinking, sinking...
