Stir fry made with onion, pepper, mushrooms, Quorn fajita strips, Sharwoods fine egg noodles, Tobasco.
Dinner -
Jacket potato, cottage cheese
Snacks -
Melon, apple, orange
2 choc and fudge Alpen Lights (HeB) - I did something I found on here where you break them up, put in a bowl and microwave for 30 secs, mmmmm delicious !!
