Help!! I'm on day 6 of my attack (last day) with no hiccups or cheats so far. Have lost 7lbs which was the attack target BUT I've just been so weak and stupid and had some non dukan lemon cake and a cheeseburger (in a cafe not fast food) and a few, like 5, French fries. Can I get back on track with an extra couple of pp days or shall I just crack on with my 5pv5pp as planned?? I'm so stupid or giving in to the temptation when j had seafood sticks in my bag!!!!!! X
