Thanks guys, had to change as my WI day was originally a Monday but I joined the group on a Wed, so thought I would WI twice a week, but have realised that weighing more than once a week leads to gains for me as I relax.

Well done to everyone for great efforts so far, must say this is the first group I have joined and actually stuck with!

Lost 1.5lbs this week which im over moon about, woop woop not bad considering on meds. Now down to 23 points again woop woop goooo me.

After losing im happy bunny, hahaha as im typing this im sat here eating chocolate donut and gonna have cheeseburger soon for tea, but not had any points yet, my wi night treat xxx

Well my challenge for this week is 2 yes i said 2

firstly get son to put his treadmill down and do half hour each day with pedometer to see if this helps with weight loss, wont injure my arm doing this

secondly is drink 2 litre of water a day and i need to get off diet pepsi, i have no excuse im skint and have 2 cans left for tonight lol

As for diet wise im cutting back on red meat and trying this week for chicken, turkey and fish but bit stuck on what to do with meals but will sit with son later and make some up.

fish is my favourite i put it with almost everything, im sure you'll think of some recipes for this week :)

Jacqui I recently got myself off pepsi max from 2 litres a day to 2 litres a week. I feel so much better, I dont drink hot drinks so am now glugging the water. Instead of going cold turkey I started by on day one having one pepsi then one water. Day two had two waters then one pepsi and so on. Now I just but 1 bottle before my days off.

Hiya well done everyone,I cant keep up the group changes and Im lost lol so Im having a read through.......

I used to drink 3 glasses of fat coke a day before ww and in 8 weeks ive had 1 can diet coke and 1 small bottle,pub size 1 glas coke zero so for me that is good,I do think it made me sluggish and headachey and I dont miss it now

have to admitt im a diet coke addict, its the caffine, the taste isnt that nice but its less calories than tea and coffee ( once milk is added) and its a good caffine hit on the go. wow i have problems, i attempted to go caffine free ...lasted 4 days...
 
Well, 2.5lbs off last night (woohoo) and i finally hit my 2.5stone mark!!

Hope you are all okay and having a better day than me so far! I decided to drive up the back of someone who stopped directly infront of me this morning - been on the phone to the insurance company most of the morning...what a nightmare! x
