Hey angela hop friday goes well! it doesnt seem right to gain when you have been restricting cals, it just doesnt make any sense!

Size102b well done remember 1lb is 8 sausages thats alot of sausages. you're doing really well. Have you thought about maybe trying alli in conjunction with ww, this does mean you cant snack as much but my friend is doing it (ww plus alli) and shes been losing about 4lbs a week.

Ok unless anyone wants to be team captain, i'll be it again in may. At the start of june im going away for a week so someone will have to be the captain for june :)
 
Hi I cant have alli as I have bad ibs where i 'go' to the loo alot everyday and i wouldnt be able to go out if I took that :eek: thanks thou ;)
Yes I think I have to look at the bigger pirture.
I'll be team captain for June if everyones ok with that will keep me focused atm to stay on as Im :cry::(:mad: :sigh: today xx
 
Yep, its going in the right direction!

Ive done half hour so far on the wii fit today, doing the hula hoop and jogging, really hope I can keep this up and lose 2lbs this week, as that (I think) would take me to a BMI of 29.9 and no longer classed as obese. Thats my mini goal for this week! That and drinking lots of water :)
 
GOOOOOD EVENING FAT FIGHTERS :D

Well been following this week but scales say different (sighs) but ive had good week and went for meal other night and tried soup which i dont like and it was blooming gawwwjus, so hey i thought of doing different food challenge for me.

Today ive just cooked aubergines, corgettes peppers and mushrooms, never had aubergines or corgettes till sat night at the meal and omg another gawwwwjus food and i cant wait to eat me tea with chicken breast with bit of philli with herbs on top with me boiled potatos. mmmmmmmmmm.

My plan is to eat chicken, turkey, fish this next week after weigh in on wednesday as i brough asda 3 quid chicken breast fillets from 6 quid brought 3 packets so going to chop some up and tomorrow we having a lovely stir fry mmmm im loving WW really am, i dont class it as diet.

As for me meds im still on them and still taking xenical and the xenical still not shifting the weight, this is my 3rd packet and even the doc said it wont really work on ww, but why give them me then grrr but oh well, im taking them everyday 3 times, in past i missed a few a week so going by book this time.

Anyways ive rambled on cos im high atm on med hahahaha and waiting for food to cook cos hungry and im praying i lose some this week and roll on may challenge woop woop.

hey size102b didnt see your post there! it has been pretty quiet. how have you been? i've been ultra good and not a binge session as of yet and it wont happen considering my bikini just arrived woohoo!!! i am however spending way too much time planning my mail order pic n mix selection to have on the plane lol i looove sweeties so deciding is hard ! god my life is so sad thati have spent time on choosing sweeties. how r u chick?
 
Im changing my WI day to tuesday to motivate me better over the W/E so a STS for me today and ill be starting my May challenge for WI next week. Well done everyone on doing so well in April!!
 
Hey ladies. I feel rotten today. Started last night with a stabbing pain in my left shoulder which then spread down my arm, and my hand and fingers went numb. Its now spread all over my back and both arms, had no sleep last night, was too painful to lie down. Im assuming its inflamed muscles spasming and pinching some nerves as Ive had this before. Ive had a grand total of 0, yes 0 points today. Everything Ive tried to eat has come back up within 2 minutes, cant even keep water down. I know this is a stupid thing to think seeing as I feel so ill but...I hope my body doesnt go into starvation mode and affect my WI on Monday! I know, priorities all wrong way round!

Sorry about the moan, I hope everyone else is having a superb day! xx
 
Bloomin heck RiotG sounds painful. A visit to the GP is called for. If you dont feel any better soon please get checked over. Look after yourself. :hug99:
 
Aww thanks hun - I plan to prop myself up on the sofa tonight to try and get some shut eye - if I have another bad night I'll go Docs. Myh mums coming round to look after me tomorrow bless her heh heh xx

Im all good thanks did 2x30mins on treadmill and 1 hour on wii just dance today so Im proud as I was a real bad couch spud 9 weeks ago :eek: Ive stuck to plan lowered to 20 points a day for a fast start so will see
