Fat Kids Love Cake - This One Needs Some Help !!!!!

Haha ! I don't think I trust myself to get close enough to the cake without eating it !!!

Mum says she's doing me a salad and jacket pot :D and I'm driving so I cant have a celebratory drink! All I have to do know is avoid clients calling / emailing me with urgent things for the next 10 minutes !!

I don't weigh in until monday :s
 
Well I resisted cake, chips, sandwiches, scotch eggs, pasties and curry. I had jacket potatoe and salad and a bowl of boiled rice and a scope of chilli.

I didn't make the chilli so I only had a small scope. I don't know how many syns it was but I'm guessing it wasn't more than 15 syns (not used any others today )

Well diary / ladies, I am feeling very “meh” and a little fed up today :( I don’t know why, as I have nothing to feel “meh” / fed up about – it’s Friday, the work on my desk is not so insurmountable that I’ll have to take some home and/or stay too late, I’m off to see my best friend tomorrow for a catch up and cuddles with her baby!

Normally on days like today I “comfort eat” and try to cheer myself up with cider and chocolate (writing it down, it seems rather silly) but instead, I thought I’d come and have a moan on here, get it off my chest and then get on with it.

So:

Breakfast: Banana, Apple and Muller Light

Lunch: Salad with tuna or chicken (undecided yet)

Tea: I’m going to attempt to make SW kebab (using syn free meat and pitta as HEB) with SW chips, SW chilli sauce and salad.

Then I’m going to use my syns on a few drinky poos :)

Tomorrow I have the god awful task of cleaning the house and de cluttering for next week’s party (which I’m dreading a little bit !).

I came back from food shopping and thought god on days like this I would of normally sat in the Sun and had a glass of cider. Oh I miss cider.

Don't feel down today the sun is out. X
When your doing house work just put your fave music on and take your time. You won't get stressed this way (oh I wish I took my own advice sometimes lol)

Morning ladies !!!!!

Well the donner kebab was lovely and I had a scope of extra light mayo ( 1 syn ). I had 1 drinky poos but James poured it so I'm counting it as 5 syns. So 6 syns for yesterday !

My best friends bf got sent back to Afghanistan yesterday so she is coming over tonight - syns may be a lot :s

I had magic pancakes this morning with strawberries - lush !!!

Well I had a very naughty weekend:

Sat – king prawns with salad then strawberries and yog. Then, my nasty friend (lol) made (cough, cough) me drink lots of wine (I work out about 24 syns) and order a chinese :s I had boiled rice and chicken curry (which is 17 ½ syns).

Sunday – I had 3 glasses of wine (18 syns). My food was all syn free.

So all in all, I had a naughty weekend. However, when you add up all of my syns for the week, I’m only slightly over (106/105). I still feel very naughty though!

Weigh in day has changed to Friday, so that I can weigh in with my friend at work (she only works part time) – this also gives me a couple of days to counteract my naughtiness as well!!

Today’s food (plan)


Breakfast – Strawberries, cherries, grapes and fat free yog.

Lunch - We are going out to the local pub for lunch, so I’m going to have the seasonal salad with dressing on the side.

Dinner – grilled Turkey steaks with lots of veg.

Got a very quiet morning in work so enjoying reading new diaries loving yours !

I'm exhausted reading yours polar opposites my working days are my quiet times lol, your food is fab but you do beat yourself up crazy for not enough exercise but there's only so many hours in a day n u seem to run out, do u drink plenty other than coffee ? That's what I find shifts everything especially time of the month week but your doing fab x

Morning Ladies!

Thank you for the words of support and encouragement, they really do help. One of my problems is that once I have a “bad day” I think I’ve fallen off the wagon and I don’t get back on!

This weekend is another crazy weekend food / drink wise as we are having a party for my Mr’s 30[SUP]th[/SUP]. The plan is to keep my syns to a minimum all week then on Saturday fill up on lots of yummy free food and then stick to vodka and diet coke – that’s the plan anyway!

In other news, I have a horrible rash on my face and neck :cry: I thought it must be prickly heat, but the chemist reckons it is an allergic reaction to something – whatever it is, it’s driving me crazy and I’m keeping everything crossed that it disappears by Saturday !

I didn’t have chance to post yesterday afternoon as we had a “working lunch” then I had some running around to do after work, so here is yesterday’s food:

Breakfast: Strawberries, grapes, chopped cherries and fat free yog.

Lunch: seasonal salad at the pub. It had feta cheese in it – I only had 2 small cubes (nowhere near 45g) but I’m counting that as my HEA. There was a small amount of fat free vinaigrette dressing (I meant to ask for it on the side) and I have no idea how many syns as I didn’t have the bottle. I’m counting it as 5 syns to be safe (let me know if you think that is too low).

Snacks: water, diet coke, mug shot.

Dinner: Turkey breast in breadcrumbs made from HEB bread allowance. A small jacket potatoe with extra light laughing cow triangle (1 syn) and LOADS of veg (carrrots, peas, grean beans, broccoli and sweetcorn). I had some extra light mayo to dip the turkey breast as it was a little dry (2 syns).

Muller light.

Today

Breakfast: Strawberries, grapes, chopped cherries and fat free yog.
Lunch: Salad (I have to run to the shop so I will update late), fruit and yog.
Snacks: coffee (HEA) and oranges.
Dinner: Chilli – lean pork mince, tomatoes, peppers, kidney beans, baked beans ect – all free with rice.

No, I'm really bad for not drinking enough at work (although I drink quite alot at home). I keep telling myself to drink more at work but by 9 am I'm too preoccupied. I think I'm going to bring a bottle in and put it on my desk - that way I have no excuses!!

Your food looks great Claire. !! Well done.
My leader says if you know your having a weekend off. Lower your syns through the week. But still try to have 5 a day. As your body needs that amount. (although sometimes I only have 3 or 4) so your doing the right thing. I will have to do this next week as we are away overnight on the 20VH1 so saving my syns to for drink lol.
