Fat Kids Love Cake - This One Needs Some Help !!!!!

Thanks Heather. You're right, I think I was just hoping for more as I'd stayed the same last week.
To be honest, its just been a stressful couple of weeks at home / work, which I don't think has helped.

I've done 3 weeks and lost 5lb. I really shouldn't complain; it's 5 lb less than I started with :D.

Did you and the girls have a nice girls only weekend? The carbonara recipie is on page 11 - there's one on Pete's page as well (that is probably better than mine as it was a free for all lol).

I've just been to ASDA on my lunch to buy more fruit and veg :rolleyes: and saw teh cutest outfit for princess Sophie. It's got a pink tutu !!! Now, I'm not very girly myself but she will look ridiculously cute into, so I got it :eek:.

Lunch - I brought syn free leftovers but after 1 bite, I just didnt fancy it. So I had a bannana, strawberries and fat free yog. I'm going to have a wheetabix biccy as weel with my next cuppa (2.5 syns) :)

Dinner - Homemade breaded turkey escolpes (breadcrumbs from HEB), SW chips and salad. I'm going to have normal ketchup as well :) (2 syns).

I'm determined to do some walking tonight, even if its just 30 minutes. I need to get my big butt into gear.

As you say your 5 lb down from when you started so that's good. Think in the mind frame if I can try to lose 2 next week that's half a stone. !!!!! Half stone girl !!! Your doing really well. Like you say with last week being a sts you can kind of not include that week lol.
The little tutu sound so cute. I use to love dressing my girls up. Now they are at the age they have to chose their own. !
We had a lovely weekend. I love going shopping with them. We stopped off at Starbucks to for a drink.
We ended up buying a few duds on Sunday and watching them at home which was really nice.
Been to pick Mr up today, really nice to have him home. But he is at work at 4. So not that much time together. !!
But anyway your doing really well. Your 5 lb below when you started

I went for princess Sophie cuddles after work, which put me in a good mood !!!

Tea was scrummy, although not as much superfree as it should have been !

I've borrowed an old rickety exercise bike, which is very uncomfy, but it should help with body magic in my crazy schedule !!!

Lol you will have to put a cushion under your bum when your on bike. But when are you actually going to get time to go on it ???? Bet your Mr asked the same thing lol.
I found the recipe for carbonara on Petes page thank u, so going to do this for Lauren and I for tea tomo. Isabel is to fussy she won't eat it. Lol. And Mr won't mind what he gets in his pack up lol.
 
I know - I need more hours in the day !!!

Although, saying that, I'm currently skiving at my desk as I wait for my coffee to kick in ( I had foot cramps last night so I am running on empty today)

I'm off out to tea tonight with work people - I have no idea where we are going, but I'm sure that they will do salad. I'm determined to get to 1/2 stone this week !!!

So breakfast was a huge bowl of chopped strawberries, bannanas and apples with fat free yog.

HEA is milk for the coffee I need :)

Lunch is salad with a turkey escolope (breadcrumbs made from HEB).

Dinner - I'll update later !!

Right, I'm off for more coffee and then I need to get my butt into gear!!!

Well, my determination on Minimins is not translating into my work lol - I have been sat day dreaming most of the day :rolleyes:

I finally pinned people down on where we are going for tea and then got the menu online so I'm going to have gammon, pineapple (1 syn), jacket potatoe and peas. I'm guessing that they will cook with oil so allowing 9 syns (do people think this is enough???) and I'm driving so I'm on the diet coke :) - this is the plan - I just have to stick to it now !!
 
Well done. Really proud of you. ! My friend has been round and mentioned about me and Mr and her and her gf going camping one weekend for the night. As the nights we do have out with them we always have a laugh. But then my 1st thought was omg I won't stick to plan that weekend as there maybe a bit of drink involved. Then the weekend after is our anniversary and I know we are going out and picnicing so won't stick to plan then either. I kind of panicked.! But ill work something out nearer the time lol

You'll definately work something out ! I know how you feel though - we are having a BBQ for my Mr's birthday next weekend which, from a food and drink perspective, I'm dreading! But I'll figure it out nearer the time !

Well yesterday's lack of motivation has come back to bite me in the butt (she says whilst typing on Minimins instead of working :rolleyes:) my inbox is crazy !! So it looks like my date night with the Mr might be cancelled (again) :sigh:

So today's food:

Breakfast - strawberries and a bannana cut up with fat free yog.

Snacks - coffee (HEA) and oranges

Lunch - Tuna mixed with fromage frais, lettuce, cucumber, spring onions and a wholemeal breadcake (HEB). Strawberries and an apple wth fat free yog.

Dinner - not a clue as the Mr is sorting it (I hope).

Its my Mr day off tomo so we are off to meadowhall to buy me a present for our 1st wedding anniversary present :D. I love presents !!
 
Ah chicken. That's shocking. (re date night) you work so hard. You need a bit of time out for each other.
But gosh you must of been busy to only grab fruit to eat. !

Lunch - spagetti shapes (free) with 2 slices of 400g wholemeal bread (HEB). Big bowl of strawberries, apples and yog :)

Tea - Not a clue, as it is Tea at mum's tonight!!

That's good to know about the healthy extras, I'll have to try and "mix it up" a bit more.

I'm a little concious that body magic is just getting left behind at the moment :( I wake up with good intentions but after a 12 hour day at work and cooking tea, I just want to go to bed! And at the moment, my weekends appear to be spent cleaning / rushing around for other people. I know that I need to stop making excuses and just try harder to fit it in !!!

In addition to the 8 1/2 of us (1/2 for princess Sophie) there are another 4 adults and 3 little people coming for tea at mum's tonight !!! So lets hope it doesn't rain as we are going to have to be outside as we won't all fit in the house !!! Mum has warned me that there will also be cake and baked goodies - so I may have to wear a muzzle lol !

Yes I picked a tear drop necklace its lovely but I can't have it yet.lol.

You are going to have to be really good to resist cake, you know that don't you lol.

Tbh after my 2lb weight loss without body magic. It hasn't given me any intention to do it, I think well if I can get away with not doing any. It must of been our walk round meadowhall for hours and hours that did it.
