Trying to lose weight regardless of the route we take very often can be an emotional rollacoster - we have to take the highs with the lows. Maybe if you haven't already, it would be a good idea for you to take a pic of yourself every week so you can physically see the difference because the camera never lies as we well and truely know!!!!! Try putting your mind to making a weight loss journey scrap book or journal of some sort. Put pics in and write down how you are feeling. I'm sure it will help and give you a better sense of achievement. xx
