lost 3.5lb!! Really pleased at WI today
Breakfast: Bernard Matthews tikka chunks + 2 pieces if scan bran fudge cake (2 syns)
Lunch: batchelors macaroni cheese ( 1.5 syns) with salad + pkt ryvita minis (HEB)
Snack: 2 scan bran (2 syns) with mackerel
Dinner: Steak, Jacket potato and 3 onion rings (6syns) + vodka diet coke (2.5 syns)
My 'treat' tonight so 5 syns over if I include some syns for oil on the steak which was pub food . Not bad at 20 syns! Onion rings were worth it
