4 vanilla shakes expiration July 2019
1 toffee shake expires June 2020
7 chewy chocolate bars expire March 2019
1 chocolate orange shake expires jan 2020
11 chocolate caramel expire May 2020
12 mint chocolate expire January 2020
28 strawberry expire March 2020
14 chocolate expire March 2020

78 meal replacements in total. Also included is leaflet explaining the plan. On the lifestyle plan you can have 3 meal replacements a day( this can be three shakes or two shakes and one bar) 150ml skimmed milk and a meal in the evening that is 200g veg and 100g protein. I paid £107 for the lot. I will sell for £60 Message me if interested.
