Hi all, I've been looking at some of the posts on here when I took the plunge to loose weight I am using the Lipotrim diet, and from what my search engine gave me it mainly brought me to Minimins.
I'm male 6ft and overweight, I'm quite thickset but due to a bad accident whilst cycling it put heed to my exercise I used to run, cycle and play a lot of squash (Now I can still do squash) but it usually involved sitting on people
, I hated seeing myself in the mirror I have a large belly my once pert bum is saggy, I was on a couldn't give a **** what I ate diet my job is probably the biggest killer sat driving for most of the day, but it does involve quite a bit of grunt which helps burn cals, I have odd hours so Slimming world and anything else like that was out of the question.
So when I was at the pharmacy getting some medicine I saw the advert for Lipotrim, took home a DVD which I didn't watch, but went back in and thought hell lets give it a go....What can go wrong?
I started 5 weeks ago and I'm still going strong it's been a hell sometimes, I could just go and binge on crisps cakes etc and still can but will power and the thought "Your only kidding one person - YOURSELF" usually stops me from tucking in although I have had the odd little nibble (those fishfingers I cooked for my little lad did look and were delicious) Agggghhh.
Bad headaches and hunger pangs for first three days, after that still get hunger pangs but can bear with them now usually 2 a day between 08:00 and 20:00 I just drink 2 litres a water a day and can't do the upto 4 litres.
So here is my results for the first 5 weeks.
Weight BMI
Week 1 - 19st 3 36.4
Week 2 - 18st 8 35.2
Week 3 - 17st 14 34.1
Week 4 - 17st 8 33.4
Week 5 - 17st 1 32.4
It seems to have settled into a routine loss every week, I don't have a goal in mind, but I do feel more energetic and more alive with get up and go in the Mornings, will keep updated every few weeks.
Thanks Dave.
