Well, I've completed my first week (phew!), and have managed to loose 10 1/2 lbs, which I'm really pleased with. Also set myself a goal of swimming 50 lengths a day (20m pool) which as you can imagine was really really hard the first week!
I am at day 4 as well. Finding it tough, but jumped on scales to see I have lost 4 and 3/4 in 3 days so wow, that's keeping me going. Onwards and upwards
