I decided to join WW online two days ago! So far so good! Really enjoying it! And I can have ICE CREAM!!!! Had it the past two nights 2pp! Loving WW!

Struggling 2day, head hurting & jst so tired. Glad I finish 2moro until Tuesday!! Heading home 4 wknd & a wee catch up on sat out in Glasgow :)

Can't believe only 9points left, may nd 2 concert 2 counting & c if that makes a difference!! I no I have exercise points but I do not like using these as kind of defeats the purpose in my eyes!

Drizzly rain here 2day, don't think will come 2 much tho.

I prefer WW purely bcos u r able 2 have bread. I love my thins & freezer is constantly stocked!!! Ru following SS/F&H or full points? Going 2 class? This forum is a lot quitter than SW but feel its btr as u can catch up & actually reply 2 all & not get 2 confused!!

Good luck & when I am on comp I will pop in by ur diary (u have 1?) & subscribe

not set diary up yet, but i do plan on doing one. Yes im loving WW so far, i can have ice cream! Not doin SS just counting propoints. I joined online so not going to classes at moment. Going to boots to get weighed. Only £1! Tbh i think recipes are tastier too, i had a pork chop tonight with a glaze and brown rice and sweetcorn, it was alot of points but i calculated it all this smorning.
Kids are bk at school here so this is my first yr without any kiddies! All about ME!

Morning All

Well yesterday did not get any better and neither did my food choices!!! I will update shortly on what I actually had!! Needless to say I have no points left!!

How yesterday went

Sore Head
Struggle all day
Home
Still have sore head
OH claiming to have earache and sore head
Never done T25 day 4, took headache tablets and went for sleep on couch
Woke, made dinner
Dropped dinner al over brand new kitchen flooring (lentil cheddar bake), Managed to burn fingers in the process
Managed to salvage some dinner - by this point I am pissed off and just cannot be bothered)
Hit the munchies, had some biscuits
Went to sort lunch for today, OH had not put lid on milk, milk all over brand new fridge!!!
Fed up so went and made up more food
Went to bed!

Needless to say I am trying my hardest today to be in a better mood BUT IT'S FRIDAY FOR ME :p:D

Such a rubbish day yesterday, need to be really good but my head is just saying screw it!!!

Your lentil cheddar bake sounds interesting

The lentil cheddar bake is from a web page called Slimming Eats. More aimed @ SW but can't b adjusted 4 the new WW plans. I add chicken 2 mine & I usually have it as a main meal rather than having it as a side!

Hi there, bn AWOL a couple of days as home 4 the wknd. Had a day/nite planned out in Glasgow wi a couple friends. Had an ace day & a day off plan completely but i am not bothered as it is not something that we get 2 do very often. Had awesome cocktails & nvr really ate nthin as ordered a lasagne but it was so spicy sent back & got cheeseburger but nvr ate the bun & only had a few chips!!

Back on it 2day tho. OH is offshore 4 3wks so I can concentrate on me so attempting a gd wk on SS.

I lost 2lbs this wk which I a m pleased about as was not very gd 2wards end wk. think the T25 helped!! Did a lot walking round the pubs in Glasgow so that was yesterday's exercise, none 2day as jumping about May jst make me throw up even tho I feel ok!!

Anyhoo, will update food & rest of my day l8r.

Treat - salad dressing (wetherspoons)

L - thin, bacon, egg, coffee
S - cold ham
D - steak, baked potato, salad, diet coke
S - grapes, coffee

Still 2 have a cuppa b4 bed, mite have some grapes.

Had a gd wknd down rd, early start in the morn, nd 2 go visit some folks ipat the graveyard, then Brekkie @ friends b4 driving back 2 Aberdeen.

Heading back up the rd 2day, visit 2 graveyard then Brekkie @ friends house. Home 2 tidy up aft cat sitter left a mess & my heating on 4 who knows how long!!!

Had my smoothie 4 Brekkie & jst finished T25 day 6 :) Technically I should b on day 7 so may do another l8r.

Back at work, could so easily have jst taken rest wk off - I'm so tired. Only 3days tho,will take me that time 2 check my emails!!

Traffic horrific wi schools bein back :-( That & stupid ass slow drivers, one of my pet hates!!!

Is it really only Thursday? Only back @ work yest & I'm struggling!!! So tired. Woke this morn 2 1 of my cats having sneaked her way under my duvet @ my feet - fright if my life when I touched her & the other was jst prowling & wanting petted!!!

Yesterday's food

B - shredded wheat, milk, coffee
S - grapes
L - scrambled egg, thin, tomato, avocado (2)
D - wholewheat pasta, ratatouille (4), babybel (3)
S - coffee, chewits (2), WW rich toffee bar (2)

Following SS but app tracks F&H & still got 27 weeklies left so all gd.

Completed T25 day 7 - 5points gained, 10 in total.

More rain again 2day but I actually don't mind the rain TBH, sometimes I prefer it!
