L - garlic & herb beans, thins
D - noodles (6), stir fry veg, green thai paste (1), coconut milk (1), oxo, chicken
S - coffee, chewits (2), 2 x WW bar (4)

T25 Day 8 - 5 points gained = 15points gained
 
Afternoon minis

Lost 1.5 this morning. 3.5 all in since starting back. Slow & steady wins the race.

2day is a wee treat day 4 me & I don't track, don't go overboard now like I used 2. Went 2 lunch with WI buddy & had lasagne. Stopped in @ butchers that specialises in syn free/point free or pointed meats & poultry. Place is awesome, b there every wk aft WI.

Shattered so jst chilling now, mite go 4 snooze

So had my stuffed chicken with lean chorizo sausage with savoury rice. Was lovely. Letting that go down b4 having some treats. Mayb some salt & sweet propercorn & thanks 2treacle ice cream/oysters :)

So quiet here, wondering if worth keeping this up!

Had an ok day, bit down but worked thru it!

Got up, had Brekkie (sausage from new butchers), put on couple loads washing (got them in b4 rain came on), tidied up, done T25 Day 9. Jst watching some tv then go make dinner, think make cottage pie.

Afternoon & thanks 4 subscribing, sometimes feel a little daft posting if you think no1 is reading.

Getting hungry, 25mins till lunch. Got Chicken Salad with the WW salad dressing, not tried this yet but it is free so hoping that it is tasty!!

Got a crumpet for afternoon so that I have something in my stomach for T25 as I usually end up feeling a little sick/faint during which I think is just lack of food for energy!

Anyhoo better get back to work!!

Hi, sorry I have no food diary, only just working out how to put messages on here!! Technology my downfall-along with trying to keep my weight down!
Been doing f&h for a week an only lost 0.5lb!!!
Don't have alot to lose so guess it gona b a sloooow slog, never mind, I must stick to it as I'm not getting any younger!! (I'm 42)
I addicted to crumpets for lunch at mo, must try an mix things up abit an not have the same all the time, but I do so luv them. Xxxxx

Exercise done & dinner made. Getting in2 a routine now but still struggle wi exercise after bring up from 520am & out house from 620.

Watching Long Lost Families, time 4 a cry!!

What's the T25? Is it like insanity? You're doing so well to fit exercise in, I'm gonna try do a dvd today... not easy when your 4yr old decides that's when she wants attention lol xx

Morning Lisa

T25 is a short version of insanity. They are 25mins per DVD, meant to do 1 Mon - Thurs then 2 on a Friday but I was away the previous wknd so nvr go these done but I am not going to do the 2 on a Fri as I am pooped after the 1st one never mind doing a 2nd. As yet I see or feel no difference and starting to get a bit disheartened as I have only lost 3.5lbs in 2wks even though I have been exercising at least 4 times a week!!

Will stick at it though and see how it goes as I have a few occasions coming up!!
