Your Treats look yum! It's such a shame that the Muller Yogurts are not Veggie as they do such yummy flavours! X

I too love Squirty Cream! When me and my Bro were kids We used to squirt it straight into our mouths when our mums back was turned! X

Morning all

Weekly points 27/49

Points gained from exercise

B - scrambled egg - 2 eggs, milk, cheese triangle (1), cherry tomatoes, coffee/milk
S - pineapple
L - Warburtons thin, lettuce tomato, cucumber, gherkin, jalapeños, cold ham, salad cream
D - chicken, peppers, mushrooms, baby potatoes, passata, Italian seasoning, chorizo (6)
S - sugar free jelly, skooshy cream (2), diet pink lemonade, hoops & crosses (2)

Water - 2.2ltrs during day, no water aft 6 as up all nite!

How we doing 2day?

I'm not 2 bad, thighs a little sore from run last nite. Ran (well jogged) 4 8mins solid then 1 & 1 for another 15mins b4 finishing round track. Getin there!! There is a time trial 4 a 5k on Thursday so think I am goin 2c wot my time is & work from there.

Looking at my value app there does not seem 2b much difference between doing F&H & actually counting ur points, works out par on par really!!

So in at work, had my Brekkie & 1st cup coffee & morning fix of 3rd Rock form the Sun!!!!

Good Morning Sweetie! It sounds as tho you are really nailing your exercise, well done you! I think the only reason I prefer PP is cos my portions are limited, once my PP are gone, they are gone! X
 
Well dinner all prepped & cooking away nicely in oven, hungry now it's cooking. Sittin in sun room wi cup coffee, Bambam on knee head butting me so I will clap her!!!

Productive work day, unexpected meeting in morn so that passed quick enuf then stuff 2 sort in afternoon!

Not that nice 2day but it is warm & stuffy :-/

So far on F&H I have used 25/49 weeklies but as u can c from the PP's below.......

Wot's other ppl's opinions on this? I mite jst do PP as the value app does it all 4 me with no counting!!!!!

Day 1 - 29/29 dailies
4/49 weeklies 45 left
8 gained in exercise

Day 2 - 25/29 dailies
45 weeklies left
7 gained exercise 15 total gained 4 wk

Day 3 - 29/29 dailies
2/49 weeklies 43 left
15 gained from previous exercise

Personally I'm a HUGE pp fan but you have to do what u think is easiest and you can sustain the longest? If it's too much hard work are u likely to lose interest in the long term? X
