Wavey to everyone,
I successfully did juddd a couple of years ago and got to my lowest adult dieting weight. Now I'm back post baby, she's 9 weeks old to try again. I'm breastfeeding and don't want to stress my body too much and lose my milk so I'm planning on splitting my days like I tried previously and do 5pm-5pm fasts. Going to try to use some vlcd packs for meals during my down time, again so as my body doesn't stress too much.
Week might look a little like this, with 5pm being the cut off point.
Mon: UUD
Tues: DDU
Wed: UUD
Thurs: DDU
Fri: UUD
Sat: DDU
Sun: UUU
Hope there's some peeps about who I remember, away for a nosy now.....
