Flexible goal weights?

I have set myself a realistic goal weight but I know from personal experience that as I get close to it I tend to think "oh a couple extra off would be good". Does anyone else tend to keep moving their goal posts, either way?
 
I think most people do. My current goal is 10st3 but to be honest, I know I might get to 11st and think actually that's enough, or be happy at 10st 3 but want to drop a few pounds just to be really safe.
 
Its the thought of actually being able to have a holiday or even just a weekend off diet so to speak and not worry about being back at square one that makes me think I'd like to get a little lower than my actual goal weight. Guess I need to suck it and see!!
