Hehehehehehe Anyway been shopping so lunch is salmon pate (whoooooop), prawns and salad and dinner is possibly marinded turkey steaks with leftover cauli mash
Hi Bren oooohhh I lurve salmon - smoked, baked, poached, in a fishcake, fish pie ....... You've done so well to last this week without proper food must be hard wanting to get it finished but also wanting to eat!
Salmon is the only fish I don't like. Tuna is my fav Well done on the loss, that's great! I'm trying your lean (or clean) and green mentality. Buying so much salad atm!

lol know what you mean at my first swimming session (for years) I was dying after 2 lengths! It's low impact though and put on a half hour programme it'll be done before you know it! We leave Monday to go to Edinburgh, fly Tuesday then leave week on Tuesday and fly into Edinburgh on Wednesday so not long enough! I will try and be good as don't want to risk what I've achieved and tbh crap food isn't as enticing as it once was .......
Am hoping I'll feast on steak, burger and chicken and avoid all temptation I was considering taking some Atkins bars with me in case of extreme hunger but it's too expensive! Then again there is the cheesecake factory ......... might have to have a little incy wincy bit cheesecake
