ah i think you should - the lbs will drop off quicker and you will be more toned. although this time of year is cold to start running lol
 
i havent been doing much / if any since the dark nights and wet weather cos havent been taking the girls out. been using my cross trainer all the time though. will start up running again in the new year will use cross trainer till then :)
 
I have no excuse I have a treadmill in the shed but can't be bothered to try and link it up to electric in the house using several extensions leads ...
Do you like the x trainer - is it toning you up?
Only good thing about returning to work means I can probably sneak a run in the daylight (or a swim or gym visit)
 
LOL - lazy monkey! Yes im loving the cross trainer - funny cos i hated it at the gym. its just basic but i can watch tv while im doing it and its warm in my house = sweat more = burn more cals??? yes toning my legs up and bum loads!

Do you have gym membership too that you dont use?
 
ah thats ok. I used to like swimming but the adult only session is on so late and they lane it :( the other swimming baths is better but adult only is at 7pm on a friday - and im usually busy by then (with wine)
 
yes me too - you cant get to the edge for them chatting and probably weeing!!!!
 
OMG don't gross me out I hate swimming for that very reason what detrius is floating about .... My daughters wear swim nappies (obviously) but when my eldest peed in it well it wasn't very absorbent so if like me you go to parent and toddler or family swims or any swims with kids don't swallow!!!

Woke up to snow this morning but it isn't lying enough to take a piccie I will do though if it lies at the weekend!

B - egg, 2 x mushies
L - salad (for a change), egg mayo, ham, salad, 2 x cherry toms, mayo
D - lamb curry methinks - yummy lamb rogan josh and sour cream

Morning Jemima :D DH had to scrape his car so I'm guessing it's cold here too though he put on central heating (unauthorised action but it is end of November) so I'm not yet sure how cold!
 
We'ved had the central heating on for about 3 weeks now Lesley.
