no dont leave tv on for them.or radio. but it does get freezing and when i go home for lunch its nice and warm for me too

Got a nice little surprise went to the docs and it was review time so had to jump onto the scales, dressed, middle of the afternoon (as opposed to in the scud in the morning!) and I am pretty much back to posted weight!

OMG I met some real weirdo's too... how one guy reckoned I wouldn't notice he was 5'0 & about 30 stone I have no idea!! I would post what an opening line was on a websire from some bloke was but I'd be kicked off!!

It was a real eye opener but I made some fab mates along the way too. x

Ok so resized this one wayyyyyy to small anyway it's ribs with waffle chips both very yummy!

That's better - mahi mahi with rice and veggies and I did pick most of the batter off!

Note the fairly healthy side of berries!

Sweeties - and yes I did have some!

And I did eat most of it!

No womanly wiles needed... hubby came home tonight & said well the lights look pants & the connections shot... we need new curtains & managed to drop some red paint on the carpet, oooops, so that does need replacing, shall we see whats happening in the January sales with floors! Job done!!

I think to be honest I didn't eat a whole lot (ie 2 meals a day max and no snacks) and the tummy bug at the end probably helped a little too!
