Flutter's Diary

They certainly do and haggis pudding too (if that's your thang!)........... drool drool.
Oh I think you could definiately treat yourself to a slice or 2 next week!
Goal next week and a few weeks to lose a wee bit more before Crimbo give you a bit of leeway (ie more vodka!) x

Lol. Ive got big xmas weekend away 10-12th so that will ruin things. No just going to try and maintain over xmas and when i come back am probably moving my goal to 10stone!

Sensible plan do you think you'll be happy at 10 stone? I hope to be that by January but not sure it would mean lots of resisting at Crimbo then again we don't buy chocs or sweets or too much nice stuff (god you wouldn't want to come to our house would you!).
I love Mr Tumble keeping the girls entertained while I'm on here and Crimbo shopping!

That's chicken balmoral Jim and that is quite high in carbs, chicken braemar is chicken breast stuffed with black pudding comes with a peppercorn sauce (that I freeze and use on my steaks instead) and only 3g carbs per serviing - yummy!!
I get it in Asda.

Ah, I stand corrected. I quite fancy that, it would make the chicken more palatable to me. I'm no fan of chicken or turkey.

Hmm, You've got me thinking now, but I'm going to be good. :)

Jim - what do you have xmas day then?

don't buy chocs or sweets or too much nice stuff (god you wouldn't want to come to our house would you!).
me neither, the only sweet thing i have in will prob be small xmas pud for oh and cheese with cranberries LOL. dont bother with chocs or anything anyway. will prob make batches of sausages and keep em in fridge ready to munch with some queso.
quality street or any other chocs get given straight away.

We get lots of pressies off suppliers - ive asked for vodka when asked lol. we get some stunning parmesan from one of our italian suppliers - its beautiful just sliced yummy!

I was good, even though a big fry up with BP was calling. I had an egg mayo salad.

We have a Goose, Lamb Joint and Gammon Joint Vicky, not all on the same day of course. There'll be 16 sitting down to Christmas dinner in our house, well 15 and a bit for Olivia I suppose. :)

and Max will be under the table I'm sure.

omg how many!!!! can i come. is goose really nice Jim?

Bet Max loves Christmas day!

I like it, it's much moister than turkey or chicken, and the fat is marvellous. I drain it off and keep it for the roast potato's.

I'm suspecting that Olivia may be under the table with him if she's allowed Linz. :)

Thats it i want goosey goosey gander for xmas :D

A goose is too much for one person love, you'd be eating it for weeks.

:( sniff sniff. cant you get a small one for 2?

p.s. Jim how if FIL? I presume his name isnt max cos thats pretty mean to keep him under the table ;)

I've never seen a small one love, they are large birds.

Funny you should mention Jack, They are saying they are going to send him home, he won't obey the physio, he's refusing to exercise and he's refusing to go to a home. So, after discussions with the social worker we have moved his bed downstairs, disabled the stair lift and they've got him a commode. His reaction "I'm not moving downstairs" my answer "Tough sh*t, it's done"
