LOL at frankenfood delivery! Just picturing a big cardboard box with a bolt through it landing on your doorstep Flutter!

LOL WW should have come with a padlock so I could ration myself!!

I've been sweetie free for almost a month now, but the memory of the wind is fading, and I'm thinking I need some again...

Well done how do you survive nibbly evenings? Luckily I don't seem to suffer from any side effects at all or if I do then they're quite helpful (if you know what I mean!)

Morning peeps! Thanks Alpa considering bad case of the nibbles and no exercise overall pleased enough! Hope your feeling better after being well looked after and hope work is ok this morning.

Well it's freezing (-15) though I've opened the windows let some fresh air and fairy wooshes in .

D - fajitas!! Must remember to take chicken out of freezer

OOOOhhhh am on tenderhooks my friend who is due on Sunday has texted and it seems she's gone into labour have been instructed to stay by the phone - am very excited!!

And I escaped today and managed to drive quite well (even if I do say so myself!) in the snow and ice but so good to get a change of scenery and think the girls appreciated it too!!
