Now Urethra not sure I should be talking to you as your name still escapes me .....

But I like you so I will! 4km was ok but because I live in such a small village will be hard to increase that without doing circuit twice and I hate doing that!

Will go out tomorrow and increase it and see how it goes, bought new hat and gloves to keep warm this time pesky north sea wind!
