Hello!
My name is Patricia and currently I weigh 227 pounds. Yes, I know it's a lot and I really really want to shed some, if not all, of that excess fat! I decided to follow Atkins Diet as I respond very well to low carb diets (4 years ago I followed Dukan and lost quite a bit of weight but sadly the pounds have returned over time as I didn't follow the maintenance phase). My goal is about 150 pounds though I will be pleased with more, it is all a matter of fitness after all.

So, starting today I am on a journey towards weight loss and weight maintenance FOR LIFE!!!
