Tuesday 2nd September 2014 (RED)

Yesterdays food

Coffee(8am)

Breakfast

25g cheerios (4.5 syns)
Semi skimmed milk (hexA)

Lunch

2 slices wm bread (heaB)
3 tbsp chickka tikka sandwich filler (3 syns per tbsp)

Dinner

Disco crisps (7.5 syns)

2 hifi cereal bars

Dinner was just poor yesterday lol, but wasnt really hungry either. Made it as a red day lol. More convenient i suppose.

Not really much of a dinner again, but had to have what was there and within my syns etc :) shopping saturday is needed lol.

On a top note, my scales are looking good.

Havent really been feeling hungry either. Just hope my body dont go into the starvation mode lol, doubt it though as i've still been eating. Rambling on now aha.

Feeling quite happy with myself :D
 
Just noticed I never updated Thursday n Fridays food... All was good though lol.

Must have done something right...lost 5lbs :D

Thinking about doing the 5:2 with SW..

Not sure what to think of it though lol.

still haven't exten anything yet, I had Chinese last night :) so I want to get back on it now.
 
So many people are doing 5:2 and love it, the results are really good x

Yh me too, i just don't know what I'd eat lol and the tracking of calories would annoy me aha x

Ummm did you mean a green day cos you've got green foods and no meat planned. Just tell me to shut up if I'm wrong. :D

I dont even know why i said i was having a red day! lol maybe because it was morning and i wasnt awake lol. turned out to be an ee
 
Going to have a quick a moan i think.

So my dinner last night...was full of syns!

I had mash (made with butter :O) pulled beef and 2 little yorkshire puds with gravy...not sure how many syns it would be. Oh well, a new day :)

Feeling abit heavy...but i guess i can't really moan after stuffing my face with chinese the weekend aha!

Might have that egg on toast...who knows lol. Will try update dinner later, i just want to have little syns and be as good as i can from now until saturday.

It doesnt look much food wise, but i've not really been hungry and i havent much in at the mo either :(
 
So i didnt get home til 6 yesterday (have to get the bus now so no car :() Had a lot to do because hopefully moving soon. I didnt even have chance to eat..Having said that thought i didnt feel too good last night, and didnt want anything to eat either.

Hopefully going to have a nice big meal for dinner today lol.

Will update later. Might have the sliced beef in gravy with veg...mmmm.

I'm going to try and eat more tonight. Dont want to be getting into the habit of not eating, so easy to do sometimes.
 
So for dinner.....

i had had chicken tikka sandwich filler (3 syns) on 2 slices wm bread (hexb2)
land a cadburys picnic (11.5 syns)
And the new mullerlight after mint.

I need to up my food intake lol.

This was a red day :)
