Food diary - mainly red days

u have good will power its good how u can treat urself one day then get back to it the next. i need to get that control back! x
 
Friday - OFF PLAN

Wholemeal toast (B1 & B2) fried egg (1) bacon
Milk in coffee (A1)

SW roast veg soup

Alpen light (3)

Wetherspoons burger & chips
Approximately 8 pints of Amstel

Have obviously been spoilt with the SW burgers I have been making as that burger out of a packet was vile!
Naughty last minute beer session after a very long week at work.......
 
Saturday 16th March

Omelette with cheese (A1) onion, bacon, mushrooms

SW roast veg soup

Few slices of ham & grapes whilst tea was cooking......

BNS Cajun wedges
Cajun skinless drumstick
SW burgers with cheese (A2) lettuce
Whlml roll x 2 (B1 & B2)
2 hot & spicy prawns 2 (?)

Ww mini roll (4.5) had forgotten his nice they were!
Milka bunny (5)

Syns - 11.5, A - 2, B - 2

Had tea with other half who wanted 'none diet' food so he had mains Mexican wedges and a bag full of hot & spicy breaded prawns (and an Easter egg)
 
Sunday 17th March

Salmon fillet, BNS wedges

Ww mini roll (4.5)
Milka bunny (5)
Tescos version of monster munch (5)

Syns - 14.5, A - 1, B - 0

Oops - just realised I have only been to the gym once this week, and had a KFC along with a night getting leathered!
Also seen to be eating a lot of BNS.........
Have a birthday party on Friday (fancy dress so very excited to get my costume on!)
Plan is to be 100% other than that!
Bought a bikini today - dont go away until April but as an F cup it is hard to find them so starting early before all the good ones go! Need a few more but going to put off until nearer the time in case I lose more - have noticed a big difference in inches since joining the gym

Pleased to note on here that ww pittas are now officially a hexb again rather than just my little tweak! ;)
Gym planned again for Wednesday and dibsay
 
Nothing wrong with a bitta butternut squash :D How good is it that the WW pittas are now back on plan? I know it makes a lot of people very happy! what's your costume for the party? We MUST see! And one last thing.... whats dibsay??! xx
