Food diary - mainly red days

WI - 186 so two pound less than last week

2 stone one pound in total - still feeling very bloated so hoping for more off next week!
Must invest in some of the dreaded scan bran!

Friday's Food

SW roast veg soup
Omelette with cheese (A2) and ham
Grapes
Whlml pitta (B2) SW burgers, lettuce, bacon
Milka bunny (5)
Ww crisps (4)
Malteser mini bunny (2.5)

Syns 13.5, A x 2, B x 2
Surprisingly impressed with the ww sausages, currently cooking the remainder for breakfast ;)
Have things to do today so gym planned for tomorrow
 
Saturday 2nd March

Spent a long day shipping in manc so food wasn't very well planned!

Mixed grill - gammon, steak, pork chop, lambchops, mushroom
1 very small piece if garlic bread with cheese (5?)
Wasn't that good so didn't finish it or have anymore.....

Annoyingly only had one hifi so couldn't count it as B option
Bag packed for gym straight from work tomorrow
 
Monday's Food

Omelette with ham spinach and cheddar (A1) put four eggs in by accident it ended up huge so saved the rest for later

3 x pagen krisprolls (B1) cottage cheese
2 x plums

Ww choc digestive (2.5)
Plus the remaining half of the omelette

40 mins cardio, 20 mins weights
310 cals burnt on cardio machines, assume 400 overall?

Hun you can class a hifi light as a b choice now! Take those syns off your food diary :D you can have one OR two, one is classed as speedy where as two isn't. Well done on last weeks loss and fingers crossed for another good one this week with all that exercise and good food xx

Thoroughly enjoyed the two milka bunnies!
Off site tomorrow day out visiting four of my accounts having lunch with one of them so will have very little control of food!
Hoping some good choices will be available......
 
Thursday - out visiting clients

Dinner at restaurant - best option was omelette and salad (B2 for oil) bacon, mushroom & cheese (A2) salad

Takeaway kebab.......

Was all excited thinking I had ended on under 15 syns - then I realised I hadn't counted the pitta bread! Oh well not too bad for a day out, hopefully there was no oil for the omelette but assuming there was just in case!

Reading your diary reminds me I need to grab some milka bunnies for a Friday night treat x
