Have been horrific eating everything in sight to the point where I feel sick for the last week. Turns out its * week so at least now I know why I have wanted to go so far off track! I seem to have had my head in a white crusty baguette each day!

Back on it now, weighed in at 196 this morning
Utterly disgraceful as I was 190 at most after a naughty binge for the last month or so.

Target is to get back to the three stone I had lost, then want to be at total of four stones lost by my birthday in May.

A lovely SW suitable bacon buttie is cooking now up start me off......
 
everyone does the same at xmas. ur not alone. but not everyone starts being healthy again for ages so well done u. u can crack your goal i know it xxxxx

Feeling better already for a day on plan! Nice to be full without being so full I want to throw up!
Better aim to get some A options in there tomorrow, but on the bright side it's the best on plan day in ages! No baileys, no white bread, no full selection pack, no apple pie ;)
