Food diary - mainly red days

After a mental busy week I'm pleased to say I got it on a three month secondment - so just got to prove myself now!
First day in ages completed on diet
Found out straight away to went for a last KFC bucket to celebrate!
Busy week with overnight stays and lots of meetings so plan is simply to be as good as possible with food
Been wearing my new 'business dresses' and an getting used to having my fat legs on show - I don't like it but I'm getting over it rapidly - not had time to bother!
 
Tuesdays food

Bran flakes (B1) milk (A1)

Cauliflower soup, mullerlight

Sw spicy burgers, cheese (A2) WW pitta (B2)

Omelette with cheese & ham made for breakfast tomorrow, soup for dinner, tea will be something simple like chunky steak on veg

So I have been awfully bad since I was last on here!
Today has been on plan and quite enjoyable!
First official day in new job tomorrow so planning a good food we to coincide with it

Sunday

Bacon, cheese (A1) mushroom omelette

Whlml bread (B1) with ham

Banana

Sweet potato Cajun wedges (1.5) with baked salmon fillet also with Cajun spices

Velvet crunch (4)
Kinder bar (6)
Mikado (3.5)

Syns - 15, A - 1, B - 1

Have made king prawn omelette for breakfast, and cauliflower soup for dinners for the week.
We have our 'team Xmas do' Friday night after work, won't be going silly as I'm at a gig in Manchester Saturday night for my friends 30th - That one WILL be messy! The birthday boy does not do quiet nights out.
Plan in to be as good as possible other than these events!
Really need to get back to the gym but don't fancy my chances this week not much time.
Treated myself yesterday to an Audrey Hepburn style dress and some funky shoes for the team event. Plus a 40's style dress too - felt quite frumpy trying them on so it has given me a kick to get back on it properly!

Milk in drinks (A1 & A2)
Space raiders (3.5)
Kinder bar (6)

Syns - 12.5, A - 2, B - 0

Rare day with no B options - will remember hifi lights tomorrow so it does not happen again!
