Food diary - mainly red days

Had a bit of time off - not totally off diet! Just sick of thinking about it!
Was well behaved until lat Friday when I went totally off it and stuffed myself with white bread type carbs for the dreaded bike ride!
Went out on Friday night straight from work, got home at 3am, up again at 8am, finally in bed at 12 sat night then up again at 4am for the ride!
Slightly busy weekend - was truly knackered after! Spent most of Monday in bed eating crap

64.75 miles (manc to Blackpool)
6 hours 28 minutes - it hurt!

Massive sense of achievement afterward though!
Was worth it! Just wish I had trained ( and got more sleep ) to have got a better time!

Currently I'm saying never again but I'm sure by next year I will have forgotten how hard it was and will want to do it again!

Properly back on diet as of today
Ironically as soon as I am back on it the feeders at work feel threatened and like to pile up ridiculous amounts of **** literally next to me!
Is it too much to ask for the crap to go on the desk of someone who wants to partake rather than always those of us on diets?!?
The only thing soothing the irritation is seeing them get wider by the day ;)
 
Was 203 on Monday - after all the lucozade and carbs for the ride!
Back down to 200 this morning

Wednesday's food

Mainly super free veg soup, scan bran x 2 (2 syn)

Thursday 12th July

SW melting burgers cheddar (A2)

Tried on a size 12 dress in the monsoon sale hopefully to motivate me - and it fit!
Probably wouldn't in most other styles but I'm
Still pleased - good motivator to keep me behaving on Friday night ;)

Ended up going night fishing with the other half so the gin was neccecary to keep me warm!
