Hello, had a look through your intakes, I'm trying to do red days as I feel alot better with low carb! Hate feeling carb bloat! Struggling for lunch ideas as I'm not a salad kind of girl

Was hoping not to use my second B option as I'm getting too friendly with carbs and feeling a bit bloated, however I have either a really **** cold or shittier than usual hayfever - only comfort foods like SW wedges will do! Did the trick nicely
