Thanx I will try I'm going to try get my head round red n green n give that ago! It's true about this carb bloat :-( x

There's a quick cure for that - scan bran!
I find a couple if days of having scan bran as a healthy extra sorts the bloat right out! I usually dip it in soup or have cottage cheese on?

Can anyone help me to figure out how many syns this is please?

Sorry not got a clue - there is a syn queries section you can post it in? If you tell them what it is it may be an easy one without even the nutritional info

Monday 9th August

Weetabix (B1) milk (A1)
Cho yung tea & lemon juice in NAS

chicken omelette
Melon & strawberries
Cho yung tea & lin juice in NAS

Peach whilst waiting for the wedges!
Gammon steak & SW wedges 227g (B2)

Skips 4 syns, Ww mini roll 4.5 syns

Syns 8.5, a x 1, b x 2
Was hoping not to use my second B option as I'm getting too friendly with carbs and feeling a bit bloated, however I have either a really **** cold or shittier than usual hayfever - only comfort foods like SW wedges will do! Did the trick nicely

Cant believe how detailed ur food diary is !! I really must try harder.

It all goes wrong if I leave the house without my food diary - writing things down keeps the guilt fresh in mind! And I suppose the obsessive sense of being in control helps too ;)

I want to start trying red days - I have always done EE and its stopped working for me. I understand that for red its meat, fish and vegetables, eggs, fruit and salad as the staple rules. Am I right in thinking that I get 2 hexa and b?

I like the omelette idea for breakfast but I need things that I can take to work and eat as I have a pretty long commute into London each day. On EE I have strawberries with yoghurt and sometimes a bit of granola.....can I still have that on Red?? If I can have 2 hex b then it might not be too much of a problem as I can probably fit that in for breakfast and keep cereal at work.

You do get 2 hexb so could have cereal for breakfast off the allowed list - not sure about granola you would have to check the book on that one

WI this morning - one pound off
Have been sulking all day as felt I deserved a better loss as have been on the bike fannying about with lemons etc.....
Not long since realised as it star week the pound loss was actually miraculous!
Off to Chester zoo tomorow so made a nice little SW friendly picnic for me & my niece - will have to resist as she's having ice creams etc!
