Sunday's Grub!

Scrambled egg and whlml toast (B1)

SW mushroom soup
Orange

Roast chicken, cauli & broccoli
SW roasties (B2) roasted parsnip & gravy granules (2)
..........used 2 teaspoons if granules so I'm sure that's one syn from memory but assuming there might be a bit of syn in parsnip (no book to hand today so allowing 2 syns?)
This is first time I have made SW roasties - yum yum yum!!!!! Can't believe I have been on this diet 11 months and only just attempted....!!!!

Syns - 11, A - 0, B - 2 (if my syn guesses are ok!)

Had a sneaky WI this morning was 192..... So 7lb less than the 199lb on Monday!!!! That's the holiday & Xmas weight almost gone ;)

Add on to here 2.5 syns for pink & white - found some lonely ones leftover ;)

Syns - 13.5

Am very on it as I am 30 in May - always gated the thought of bring thirty, so I refuse to be 30 and fat!!!!

Felt exactly the same, turned it round to 30 and chubby rather than fat (had lost 4 stone) x
 
Its my 30th in december and that was my driving force! Woo to us ay?!

Although in a slight sulk as I wanted to go back to a hotel in la Palma in the canaries for my birthday, went to the travel agents and its sold out from April until Xmas!
So new plan needed....... Thinking maybe tunisia sgain, morocco or maybe Egypt?
Unsure now!!!!
But either way requires a bikini therefor the diet must continue!

SW mushroom soup, wafer ham
Satsuma x 2
Banana

Whlml pitta (B2) chicken, lettuce, cheddar (A1)
10 Grapes

Ww crisps (4)
Dairy milk (5)
And in the spirit of meeting the plan, I thought I'd use my remaining syns so 2 x pink whites (5) ;)


Syns - 14, A - 1, B - 2

Exciting stuff! Rubbish that you cant get into the hotel you want though! Hoping to go on holiday in may too. Think we are planning on Majorca and then back to the canaries in November. I want to be proper confident in my bikini by may, we can do it!! :)

Burgers look delish! And how do you reheat an omelette or am I being really dumb??
Oh and guess what I'm hunting down at tesco tomorrow? ;)

Omelette = I just bang it in the microwave! Am not the most proficient cook so microwave is always the method I attempt first they warm up nicely

Good luck with the bunny hunt - have been looking for the little Malteaser bunnies but only found big ones for 156 calories?
