Hi. I've been following your thread & wanted to say congrats on your gr8 weight loss. I'm doing SW from home & lost 2 and a half stone so far - lots more to go but its a start!
Also your meals look fab! I need that pepperpot stew in my life !!
Thanks for the advice, maybe i should try a few different things especially for breakfast.Trying mixing things up abit more change your breakfast or something I've been told this helps a lot to shock your body and metabolism, also make sure you have your third SUPERFREE and remember sweetcorn and peas don't count! Your doing so well though so don't worry and atleast your enjoying your food good luck for another good week
I know But I've not just had a bad day ive had a bad weekend I used 36 syns on saturday. I really need to make up for the damage ive done.Don't worry - you're not the first to have a bad day & and won't be the last. I've had some major ones in my time!
