ProPoints Food diary to keep me on track!

Corona is 3pp not 100% but that's what I read somewhere,can't beat icy cold corona with lime,annoys me when I go to a bar tho and they give me corona without telling me they ran out of lime!grr!
 
Well WI day I weigh in fort thing every Monday and today........ I've lost 1lb think I was hoping for 2lb but ruined chances of that yesterday.I'm 1 lb off half stone now Wiv the new ww.
Still..can't moan a loss is better than a gain xxx
 
well done hun, thats great! at least your still enjoying treats and still losing weight! i'd rather lose slowly and still enjoy things rather than losing quick and having no life! haha

i might get a few corona's in this wk end ;-) xx

Yeah me too plus stays off better if lose slower!

Congrates on your 1lb loss, thats brilliant. And I second what Kezza says your definately better losing less and having a life than losing more and not having a life. I think too if you eat little and don't have a blow out your body will get used to eating little and will hold on to more when you try and eat more during maintaining. Don't know if that makes sense lol...

Thanks hun I am chuffed a loss is definitely better than a gain,I'll be happy with another 1lb loss this week also.but TOTM is on it's way I think so who knows lol.hope ur all having a great day xx

Soreen banana loaf! How bloody beaut does that sound!! I love malt loaf!
 
I brought it for my son as he loves malt loaf it is really nice actually.sticks to roof of your mouth abit but very tasty,apparently it's nice warm

Hour zumba later then legs bums and tums for 45 mins.didn't do lbt after not too good at mo,keep losing my balance and going very dizzy had a turn on way to zumba so took class easy.trip to the docs in order maybe :-( cry
