ProPoints Food diary to keep me on track!

Hi,thankyou,I'm hoping to lose another 8lb but who knows when I reach that goal I may want to lose bit more lol.how about u?xx
Ive got a while to go before im at target - about another 3 stone at least....maybe more...but i will get there...your doing well...keep it up :) x

U will get there,it's best it comes off slowly as u keep it off,I lost 2 stone on ww then had 6 month break from ww and still maintained!just shows if u lose it slower it stays off better xxx
 
Stressful morning so far,oh who is working away just rang and told me he thinks he took my brand spanking new glasses out of car and left them on the outside windowsill on Sunday night!!nearly cried after the winds we had yesterday,my plant pots were blown all over the garden so surely the glasses wouldn't of lasted it!!but they did!can't believe it,he is sooo lucky!!lol.

Off to start my level 2 at college tonight so dinner will have to be quick as gotta sort little one out before I go.

Thanks it may change now tho as took my son swimming to find it closed so now were at local soft play center so may have a big lunch here and a light bite before college.
Just supping on a nice hot choc at mo!god it tastes sooo good lol xx
 
Hot choc is just amazing,

I make my own with the cadburys light and skimmed milk... Absolutely gorgeous!

Mint hot choc is the best ..... Oh no u have me thinking now haha

Omg mint hot choc is gorge!in the winter me and oh take a walk down to cafe Nero in town and get a mint hot choc to warm us up!lush!xx
 
Its a certain way of distributing your weeklies over the week apparently it kick starts your metabolism and can mean a higher weight loss.you have ur normal 29 points each day plus the weeklies as it shows in the pic I tried it before but I didn't stick to it properly so didnt hav massive loss so trying it again now to see if works.

Ah I love the sound of that... I'm going to start that now tomorrow because my weeklys start on a Wednesday and that Saturday is the +18 so happy days! Factor and eddie rockets it may be!

Have u heard of anyone having success with it?

Awww lucky my +18 day is a thurs which is rubbish!!will have to make thurs the new sat!lol yeh few on here said the week they followed it had been there biggest weight loss!who knows dunno what I'm gonna have will rest of 12 points I hav still to use today tho :-( obey just eating chilli now then got 4 hours of college!lol xx
 
Good luck with the Wendy plan, least u dint gain this wk! Us it was totm, so u might have a good loss next wk :) xx
