How do you make your curry sauce? Your cauli rice looks like real rice...I haven't tried it as didn't quite believe it but it looks great. Do you microwave it?

The cauli rice is so simple, I grate, salt. Cling film and micro for 2 min ish. It's yummy

I really like baked avocado. We have it with bacon and cheese in the space where the stone was and it's lovely.
I've found a new love for omelettes since starting Atkins! I mix mine up in the blender to make it really light and fluffy. My fave is cabbage, bacon and mushes. Yum! In fact, I think I may have one for supper, since I've just bought a lovely big savoy today!
I guess I'm lucky, I've always eaten a lot of veggies and I really love them, so I include some kind of veg or salad in most meals. Though I do miss fruit sometimes. I'm trying to stay on Induction for as long as I can, but I can't wait till I can have some berries with my whipped cream! Hehe.
