I think you could be right there Yeye. I was amazed at squishy's fast weight loss once she was back on TFR after a period of refeeding and calorie counting. My only fear is would I be able to stick to it again 100% after refeed? The thought of doing week 1 again puts me off completely.
It's just Exante recommend a food wk @ wk 6 I think. A friend of mine does a hotch potch of VLCD's also had a food week and had great losses.

It's me thinking about Christmas again and pondering a wk refeed and a week if health eating before recommencing tfr.

Please don't do it on my advice, I'm not advocating it, just discussing it. I'm toying with a refeed for Christmas week? I still have a long way to go, I'll b on tfr until April to get near goal x
I can see your logic Yeye for refeeding for Christmas. I think it could be very successful depending on what state of mind you're in. You'd have to be strong, eat very healthy for the Christmas week and then straight back on to TFR 1st January. If you think you're strong enough to do that then I think it would do no harm and probably boost your initial losses when you were back 100% TFR.
For me personally I don't think I'm there yet. There is far too much temptation for me at this time of the year and if I did this I could see myself having a real blow out binge week especially if alcohol was involved!

When I last refed I was very good, I think I would b again, I still have a long way to go and part of me thinks I will need the brief break to run the course? I'm also toying with Slim & Save for the same reasons, but tbh it's the fact that LT is so bland, "my medicine" to cure my weight problem, that I feel it works for me.
All that said, I'm not sure I want to break my momentum, almost 4st in 10wks! I'm still big, wearing size 20, but the benefits of the loss already are huge! Oh hum! Anyway, I have 3 weeks to decide.
