Lost a pound tonight, very happy with that after the week I've had.
Also went to the gym just before WI and managed my whole training session, I did only manage 10 minutes on the Xtrainer but also did and extra 20 mins on the treadmill
Had a great driving lesson today too and had tea already prepared so I wouldn't cave into takeaway this evening
Food for today, not the best, my sweet tooth is kicking in bigtime atm.
