That's good about the kettle bell classes.
They are a great form of exercise.
Yea am half looking forward to it, half dreading it! I was hoping Elaine n her sister would have gone last week and can tell me how hellish it is before I go/commit.. But her sister cancelled on her last week so i promised I'd go.. And as i've missed the first week of the classes, I can book in to any one of the other classes to make up for it.. Its €40 for a 6 week course (i think) so quite cheap...

When are you going to kettle bells?
Classes start tomoro evening.. 8PM.. Don't know anything about where it is, how long its on for or anything.. S'pose I'll soon find out. ha

Yea I was freaked out coz the nurse was like "Oh now make sure you collect it (the referral letter) and bring it straight down. Collect it this evening, now don't rely on the post to get it there. Bring it straight down" So I was in a panic.. And she said there were "severe abnormalities" which made me worse...

Yea makes it worse as made it sound so urgent which sets the panic button going!
 
OK so today is going allot better than the last few days..
Brekkie = Apple, Banana, Pink grapefruit. 10g Helen's linseed crunch = 1pp
Lunch = Chicken stir fry with egg noodles. Slice toast = 9pp
No snacks for the PM now as I had all my fruit at brekkie.. But hoping the hot/cooked lunch will get me thru til dinner..
I have crackers in my drawer and WW spread in the fridge so if I really need to eat, I'll have some of them..
Dinner will be seeded bagel with grilled chicken breast, rocket lettuce and Tesco light choices ceasar dressing so 8pp for that..

Yea I know.. Was a very long 2 hour drive.. Was visiting my niece who's in care and havn't seen in months so couldn't put it off.. Although I really wanted to.. ha

They had it advertised as glamping but in reality it was a field that clearly had no drainage and was covered in cow pats - also miles away from home and no taxis!!! Sometime i miss the comfort of Dublin ;)
I'm sure your niece was delighted to see you and your hangover :D

Just to sho... Above is 5lb of fat.... N 5lb muscle... The difference in size is unreal considering they're both the same weight...

Oh God. That really shows the difference eh? U psyching urself up for kettle bells tomoro with the benefits it will come with? :)
That house sounds fab but may be bit of work involved. But I love houses with character-mine is full of it! :)

Yea u love the fact it was built in the 30's and the original features left. I'd preserve it as much as possible. But logically thinking its not right for us.

Kettlebells starting this evening.. Then Jonathan going to Wexford overnight Thursday with work, then may have to work Friday night so I may not see him now til Saturday.. As if I wasn't feeling abandoned enough :(
Oh well.. Needs must I s'pose.. Still sux tho :(

Brekkie: Grapefruit. Apple. Banana. Helen's Linseed Crunch - 1pp
Lunch: Chicken stirfry. Toast x1 - 9pp
Snack: Timeout - 5pp
Dinner: Chicken ceasar bagel - 8pp
Snack: 4x Dairy Milk Bliss squares - 6pp

Total: 29/29

Still WAY too many goodies in my intake altho still within allowance.. Must do better.. As we all know its important to stick within allowance but no point filling it with crap n think 'oh i done good' coz clearly the allowance is meant to be used on "real" food, not junk!
I'll snap myself outta the habit of reaching for crap...
