Class - did you enjoy the kettle bells? Sounds brilliant but i'd say you'll be in a heap tomorrow if you don't stretch. I was in a heap last week after bootcamp but not too bad this week so you shold be ok next time :)

Would you recommend kettlebells? my mate sed she could hardly move after a 15min sesh :eek:

Yikes!!! Where abouts are you? If i had no car i'd be stranded too! Not even a local shop ;) We do have a church though so could go pray for great Wi's or something :D

Claire 12mins into the class I thought I was gona pass out!! Not even kidding.. It was great tho.. Can feel it this morning on the muscles on my back n sides which is great and my legs are knackered.. I wouldn't say you or most of the other girls would find it as hard, I'm THE most unfit person in the world!! But it is tough and the working different muscles would be great for anyone.. Defo recommend it..
I've even signed up for the course (4 weeks left plus 1 owed to) She promises to drop a dress size by the end of the course!!!

Brekkie: 45g Porridge - 4pp
Lunch: Chicken ceasar bagel. King C&O - 13pp (17pp used)
Dinner: Chicken and bacon pitta x2 - 9pp (26pp used)
Snacks: Nectarine x2. Apple. Banana x2. Mouthful FF milk (3??) - 3pp (29pp used)

Exercise: Kettle bells & bodytone class - 1hour - 12ap

Total: 29/29

Well I done my measurements not so long ago so I have them.. Was due to do them again 01st September as my diary has a section to do them once ever 4 weeks, but I never got round to it.. So i'll them maybe Saturday morning (done my very first measurements in the morning time so best to keep it at the same time)
So close enough to the start...
It fricken killed me i'm not joking..

No no.. King Crisps.. Tayto are for culchies ha ha ha ha.. Love me crisps.. Need to cut them out tho.. I eat them too often.
Haven't had any today but that was coz the Our Lady's Basket was empty.. The girl is in now filling it back up :eek:

Good idea to do them at the same time as before..be good to see what inches you lose doing the class.Eek at killed you..that's a good workout :0)

Yea and showed just how unfit I am.. I mean, I was FOOKED!! Pain in my chest n burning sensation in my throat n lungs... And that was the warm up!!! Really need to get doing something.. Will try get in C25K if/when my legs are less stiff/tired. I know I keep saying it but last night really showed how much I need to do something

Oh right,yea maybe you just need to up the cardio abit,c25k will deffo help with that!

Yea exactly.. And my brother was saying he wants to stop smoking and get fit so might drag him with me.. its been even longer since he last exercised to we can spur each other on

Good idea,handy to have support and as you say you can spur each other on that way.Thats good that he wants to give up smoking.

He gives up all the time.. Does be doing great for months.. And then just decides to start again.. Sometimes coz something stressfull has happened and other times out of boredom.. But either way, lets hope this is the last time he has to give up... If it happens!!!

Fingers crossed,yes stress seems to be a big factor for people to start up again!
