Hi hun.. Thank you :)
Yea, went to view a house this evening.. Seems perfect.. Needs a bit of work but nothing too big.. Location is great too and asking price is OK-ish.. Not much room for negotiating.. only about 10k but we'll see.. :)
If we miss out on this, there's not much else there so the search continues for now.. Thanks for asking hun x

House sounds promising fingers crossed Hun xx

Yea was nice. They've been doing work on it, as the old man that owns it was in hospital and the family were getting it ready for thim to go back to.. But he's being transferred to a care home.. So its all been replastered n freshly painted, new kitchen put in.. All floors are pulled up so they'd need to be done more or less straight away but that's it.. Also will need new windows but again, nothing too urgent about them.. Its in a great location too so fingers n toes crossed. Jonathan is ringing today to put in an offer

oooo sounds promising! have you got a link for this one ? xxx

Glad you feel better, shame you are still knackered though! Better get those sachets quickly!

Shame not many photos of the rooms, nice garden for Stringer to run about in though so that's good :0)
One WEIRD thing we found about it.... There's NO fireplace.. None... And it doesn't look to have a chimney breast so we're kinda scratching our heads..
But I think it had a double chimney breast so both openings went up the same chinmey (2 rooms) but they'v been covered over.. maybe.. I dunno.. I just know it has a chimney on the roof.. So there WAS an open fire at some stage...

Yea sounds like it got blocked up,I've lived in a house like that before(my then OH blocked them! )he built a much nicer fireplace in the living room and we didn't need one in the bedroom!

Yea we've seen loads blocked up.. But usually there'd be the chimney breast somewhere as a tell tale...
I loved the fire places in the bedrooms in the other house.. We were gona make them feature peices when we decorate.. Jonathan at first said he wanted to biuld a wardrobe from wall to wall.. but I insisted I wanted to keep the fireplaces on show.. I think they're lovely.. We have one in the front bedroom at home which my dad has covered over... but its simple just a case of taking away the wood to reveal it again..

Yea its nice Emma.. Needs work but nothing too major.. I've also made Jonathan agree to to extend the kitchen right across the width of the house if we get it.. My only ask in a house is that I have a nice big kitch space.. And ATM its not got it.. But its easily sorted :)

I'll be better when my kids are back at school and I've been to the gym:)

I need to decide between CC or WW??????

Toughie.. I love both for different reasons.. Am preferring WW tho at the minute.. I find with Cal Counting I eat way more crap.. And tend to eat back exercise cals which isn't something I like to do.. On WW I always take note of the AP's earned but don't eat them.. I just like to see what I've worked up.. So it really does depend on your life schedule which fits in best..
