Yea they seem to be helping with damage limitation alright.. They were better when he was at home me tho as we walked faster.. Jonathan strolls along.. Which doesn't my heart rate up at all!! Urgh.. Doesn't he know those walks are as much for me as for Stringer!! lol So I try to run a good bit with Stringer when we're in the park.. Bit dangerous tho as Stringer is still learning that he can't just run across in front of me when we're running along.. Fecker nearly kills me lmao..
I took some lovely new pix of him on my phone the other day but the stupid thing won't allow me to send them by e-mail or upload them to FB for some reason.. Stupid Blackberry!!!

I know what you mean about walks,Jon seems to make our walks shorter lol,not that I'm on the walks right now of course! Be better when he is back at Uni as most walks will be me and Lola then,oh dear at Stringer running in front of you,he will soon stop!
We will all be walking quicker in the winter months to keep warm!

Hi hun.. Aww sorry.. Had misplaced my iPod and wasn't home much over the weekend (was in my BF's).. Usually I'd have my iPod with me so can quickly log in where-ever I am.. But I've found it now so won't leave you again.. lol
Weekend was good ta.. Pretty quiet.. Had Friday off work so went n met my friend for lunch n a bit of shopping.. Then had drinks in my BF's.. Then Saturday was beautiful weather wise so myself and my BF took the puppy to the park and sunned ourselves for a bit.. Then had dinner n a few more drinks (I only managed 2 cans of Kopparberg after 2 bottles of wine the night before!!!) Then yesterday we were expecting great weather so went to see his parents in their mobile home in Wexford n brought the puppy so we cud go to the beach down there.. But the heavens opened so there was no beach time.. but was a nice day out..
Ended up having Friday as a day off and have counted up Saturday n Sunday's PP's and started fresh this morning.. So far so good.. Hopefully with walking during the week and being good I'll still have a little loss.. But won't be surprised if not

I know I had yesterday off and logged the rest I'm hoping for a loss but I doubt it!

I'll be the very same.. I'll hafta be buying it all tho as I have nothing.. I'd usually only go from the house to the car, and the car to work... So I'll be buying a hat n proper good gloves and depending on how bad it gets I may consider ear muffs.. I don't care what I'll look like.. Puppy needs to be walked!! (i'm saying this all now.. Lets see what I'm like when it the cold sets in ha)

Yea I never worry bout it,I've a balaclava somewhere lol,where I used to walk the other dogs you'd get a strong wind from the sea so I'd wear it,was fine but i'd smile at people and of course they couldn't see it lol.

Your weekend sounds very like mine!! Wine and kopperberg!! ended up in a club in town I'd never even heard of!!! Seriously! Goin to try and quit drinking until the October bank holiday weekend, see if it kick starts the weight loss again, back at the 12st mark today!! :'(

LOL @ the empty wine bottles!! So funny. I had a glass of champers and a couple glasses wine and a ton of BBQ food PLUS I had cheesecake and cupcakes this weekend so it's ok... I'm eating and drinking enough for both of us here!!! Hehe... it's my hols tomorrow so I'll worry about it when I get back eh? I'll need you to give me a kick up the booty when I get back ok??
