I heard it on here about a week ago so tried it.. It really does... Great way to make a "good" snack last too so will defo do it again.. Tip tho.. When layering it in yer tub, layer it thin.. I done it about 1cm thick which is perfect.. Not sure I'd be so keen if I had to bait it out of the container...

W: 1.5Litre (6 glasses)

B: 2x weetabix. 100ml skimmed milk - 4pp

L: Brennan's Wholemeal Half Pan bread. Denny waifo ham. Tesco cheese slice. King C&O - 10pp

D: 100g Baby Potatoes cut into wedges, par boiled then oven baked. Red, green and yellow Peppers, mushrooms, onions. Chicken fillet grilled then added to veg to stir fry - 6pp

S: Apple. Banana. Pear. Pink Grapefruit. Snack Wafer - 5pp

Exercise: 25min walk with Stringer and Jonathan

Total: 25/29

No news on my house situation at all.. Still looking.. We've made an offer on a house so we're waiting to hear back so for now, nothing.. Still going on viewings so hopefully it won't drag on too much longer!

Morning ladies.. Lost a half this week.. CHUFFED after last weekend and having started TOTM yesterday.. Was showing a half up yesterday so within 24hours a pound done!! Isn't the body a funny thing!!
Have a day off today so am just having brekkie now, then meeting my friend for some shopping and lunch.. Nothing planned for the weekend. My BF's parent are going to the mobile in Wexford today so we'll prob hav a quiet weekend in.. Don't plan on having any drinks but that may change.. Will mayb hav a bottle of white wine n mix it 50/50 with diet 7up so I can both stretch it over a night and know exactly how much to count for it.. Not feeling in the humour for a drink tho so may not..

Well done hunny! I didn't have time to weigh this morning, I won't have the chance until Monday now, so may just leave it until Friday
