Hav still to point a few things from the weekend but was all within my weeklies to technically wasn't 'bold'.. But as i dont usually eat/use weeklies I feel like I was.. Am back on it today and pouring the water into.. Drank feck all water all weekend as you can't drink the tap water in the mobile n we only brought one bottle.. N Jono does love his cups o' tea lol
 
Monday 19th September

Dinner: Philly carbonara (40g pasta. 30g philly ex light. egg yolk. 2 bacon medalions) - 7pp

Snacks: Apple. Tesco Choc & Orance Bar (2) Small plate chips (7) - 9pp

Went to visit my friend who's flat is up 5 million steps and walked up these TWICE.. That has to have burned some calories... lol

Feeling and looking very bloated today.. Tummy looks 4 months pregnant :(

I did 8km walk/jog yesterday and I'm sick as a dog since lol. Only earned 6AP for it too hahaha!! Legs are wrecked today, I'm so unfit :p x

More than I'd usually do aswell, it was my Mum dragging me along with her lol. 5km is enough for me! x
 
I thought I would too but I had no water with me and my mum had me jogging which killed me lol. Ugh.

I did die!! I'm dying ever since. I got lightheaded and nauseous yesterday evening and had to have a lie down, couldnt eat my din-dins (my worst nightmare :p). And was still feeling funny this morning... pushed meself a bit far with the jogging considering I havent been out in ages I think. Maybe dehydrated or something!? I know from now on to defo bring a drink (me ma doesnt seem to need a drink when walking/jogging for some weird reason!!)
 
Hahaha! I have a stitch anyway... I'm so unfit :p. But I was DYING for a drink yesterday... my mouth was all dry. Hydration... Lesson number 1!

I haven't taken anything out of the freezer.. So whatever's out n ready to be cooked.. Was gona have homemade oven chips, bacon medalions, sausages n beans/spagetti hoops.. But now thinking I might have philly carbonara.. haven't had that in ages and the pasta keeps me full for longer..
Going to see my friend later. Never see her anymore coz she's had a baby n moved to near the city centre so its very awkward.. but she's very much a biscuits with tea kinda girl so need to be stuffed going there so I'm not tempted..
I dont have that problem with quiche.. I hate it :( Looks so tasty but I just can't do it. Its too much pastry..
 
I love quiche. I love it way too much than humanly possible. In fact, I think the majority of my posts on this site are about liking quiche, eating quiche or WANTING to eat quiche! :p
Oh all my friends are biccie and tea friends... disaster! But they're all skinny minis too!!!
 
Yea so is she.. She's just had a baby (well the baby wud b 8 months now) but she went almost straight back to her normal little size 10 when she had her..
When she makes a cup of tea she pulls out like 4 packs of the chocolatiest biscuits possible.. And then the crisps cum out.. And the bars.. And the sweets.. arghhhh...
 
So unfair! How do these people bounce back to their shape and make it look so easy! And then eating biccies and choc and crisps?! A packet of crisps - straight to me hips! :eek: xx
 
Yea me too.. I just look at them and I gain...
Well.. Managed to resist all the biccies and they were plopped right beside me on the chair.. She took out flakes.. Kimberly biscuits.. chocolate mallows with jam centres AND rocky bars.. Come on!! Who needs that amount of crap for a cup of tea!!
But I didn't manage to resist the Leo Burdocks chips :( Well I did.. We went up to get chips, I didn't get anything as I wasn't hungry n didn't want any.. But when we got back to the flat she insisted I have some chips so gave me a little plate of them.. I swore i'd hav "a couple" but not finish them.. next thing I knew the plate was empty!! :O Leo's hav a reputation for being the best chips in Ireland.. All our American visitors stop off at Leo's for chips.. They're impossible to resist.. But.. On the plus side.. I didn't have a whole bag (they're bag of chips is equivalant to 2 n a half bags from a normal chipper)
Will hopefully do a walk this evening but depends on how I feel when I get home.. I am SHATTERED today..
 
Tuesday 20th September

We're on a tight ship this week.. ALL my weeklies have been used. This is the FIRST time I've ever used all my weeklies :O Not expecting good things this WI but will try do some walking n WILL drink 2Ltrs of water a day between now n Thursday!

Drinks: Tea. Can DC

Brekkie: 2 toast - 6pp

Lunch: Brown bread (5) Slice ham, slice cheese, sliced tomato (2) toasted. Satin crunch (2) - 9pp

Dinner: Eddie Rockets! - 34pp

Snacks: Tesco Choc & Orange bar (2) S&V Rice Cake (1) - 3pp
