No white carbs really don't like me.. i'm surprised I ate them for so long while feeling like this constantly.. duno how I ever coped!!
I'm gona stop off at Aldi on the way home today n get mixed peppers, onions, mushroom and the makings of a winter veg soup and a sh1t load of fruit... Hopefully get my body oiled up and working again..
Think I'll do a week of Simply Filling this week and get a new notebook so its a complete new beginning.. Wipe the slate clean so to speak..
I know its mad.. I ate white carbs for years but I suppose I didn't know then I had IBS never mind what was triggering it...I know you're keeping an eye on it though. You know your trigger foods for the bloatiness & that being the cause of the gain which is defo still a positive.
Oh you poor love. That's just awful. I'm ok with most white carbs actually, it's other things that set my tummy on edge. Colpermin are great but you're right, they take a long time to work. Sucking on a peppermint can help I find.
Yeah it's mad the things we eat that don't agree with us and then later we're like "why did I do that". I think it's just because they're yummy LOL.
That does sound like a good plan hon!! See? You're getting yourself back on track just like that!

I have switched to whole wheat pasta now, Ralph prefers it too. I find it a grainy texture. I dropped some in the sink last night, normally with white pasta I would've got Ralph to get it out coz I can't stand that 'slimy' feel but I just reached right in and picked it out. I find it more filling too.

TBH I don't really "like" white carbs anymore.. I mean.. The pasta still just tastes like pasta n the rice like rice.. But its the texture.. When I started eating brown rice n pasta I was the same.. Didn't really like the texture of it.. Now I'm used to having brown pasta n rice n I don't like the texture of white carbs.. Its weird.. White are kinda slimey whereas brown are kinda chewy-ish... Not uncooked chewy ha ha.. I dunno how to better describe.. If you eat it, you'll know what I mean.. lol
Yea I'm determined for a loss next Friday.. I'm heading out next weekend and wana feel like I've earned it you know!?

You're describing it exactly as I would lol. I don't like brown pasta much but brown rice is ok (if they'd a bit of sauce in the meal it's even better). Completely different textures! Least you're used to and like the healthier stuff now
Oh I know that place yeah, across the river from McDonalds. Not sure how the food is... There's an Apache pizza across the road if the food is crap LOL

The hot food... once the smell gets me I'm usually gone... But I don't to eat much when its finger food like that...
Afraid people will look and comment and judge what/how much I eat... So I'd be safe enough there I think too...
The alcohol consumption tho... Not so good!!! ha ha... And if there's food after like chipper or maccers is where I'd fail...
