Ha I'm the very same!! But u dunno if I cud trust myself to hav it at gone even. As long as iv access to it it's not safe
 
I've decided to have Fridays as my have whatever day and get it out my system, so that I can look forward to it and I'm not so deprived I end up binging!

I used to do that but I started going to meetings and the only meeting I could attend was a Monday so I had to stop my whatever day:(

Yea hun great day/night last night. Was at my friends babies christening. Died a death today. Had to take a half day n all to get back to bed! Just showered n flaking' now watching tv :)

Ooooo sounds gd!

My day has been rubbish! Work was slow! Had a headache all day! Cravings for baaaaad food! On the plus side I got the managers details for, that unhelpful person at our developers! So that's us complained to sales advisor, sales manager and now sales director!!! So gonna send an email tonight :)

I'm being naughty salt and vinegar crisps and some milky bar buttons :)

Morning all... I've managed to get thru yesterdays hangover.. Yayy :D

Been back on it 100% today.. Counted everything yesterday too but I only had dinner!! Well, I had oxtail soup n bread when I could eventually keep something down.. its all counted..
I actually had a yummy dinner.. I had chicken fillet oven baked, cauliflower cheese n roast potatoes :D Was de-fricken-licious!! Quite a hi dinner (13pp) but I'd not eaten much the rest of the day so was well withing allowance :D

Have my appointment at Mount Carmel today. Its just a consultation so nothing will be done (I think!) until next time.. Still nervous tho...

Afternoon lovie. Glad you're feeling better today - drinking on Sundays is a big gamble hehe. Did ya go to work yesterday?

I'm back on it today as well. Been 100% so far :) Dinner sounds yummers - I love when I have enough pp for a really nice dinner every so often... what's for todays dinner?

Things with my dad are the same... but about to get better. Am getting the keys to my house tomoro :D
We'v got in contact with the owner n ate gona rent off him for the few weeks til we sign :)
Went to work yesterday but had to take a half day n come home. I cudn last. Spent more time in the loo than at my desk!! Disaster!!

Today's dinner was mixed peppers, mushrooms n white onion stir fried in oxo n soy sauce with noodles. Delish :)

am havin tests done to finally diagnose my stomach (toilet) issues...
An away feeling really positive. Finally gk a get done answers n the professor is really nice m easy to talk to. So that helps. They'll b in touch to arrange an appointment for the tests. He's gona do a colonoscopy, bloods n something else that I can't remember now but is fairly certain it's slow release constipation. So despite my own doctor telling me to not take laxatives, he wreckin that's what I'll need to do as n when I feel I need to. As I wud with pain killers for a headache.
Shud get word back on my blood tests middle of next week too so all looking positive :)
 
Yay at getting the keys tomorrow,I know from Emma's diary that you've been through it waiting to get your home! Hope the tests etc help clear up your tummy troubles soon :0)

Yea dinner was delish. Forgot to take out chicken this morning but was still yum ;)
